For more than 25 years I have worked at multiple business organizations in four different countries: large and small multinational corporations, family companies or independent activity.
During that time, my professional journey, from finance to general management, through business management and, above all, through managing people and teams, has allowed me to enjoy most of it and learn from everything.
If I could only retain one of my professional experiences, I would pick the interaction with people in and outside my team. I’ve always learned something from it, even (mainly?) from the bad experiences.
Learning continues and I am glad to share it with anyone approaching this blog. No lecturing or preaching: just sharing my own experiences, the result of the successes achieved and of the mistakes made.
